2.4 Account Security

You agree to notify 71ph immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 71ph will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from unauthorized account access resulting from your negligence.

3. Deposits and Financial Transactions

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

71ph accepts deposits through various payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other authorized payment channels. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are clearly displayed on our platform. All deposit amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

3.2 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited to your 71ph account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from illegal activities. 71ph reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of your funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3.3 No Credit Transactions

Attempting to withdraw funds before satisfying applicable wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation, limit withdrawal amounts, delay withdrawals pending investigation, or refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play Requirement

All users must engage in fair play at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to play games
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game mechanics
• Engaging in chip dumping, bonus abuse, or arbitrage betting
• Using VPN, proxy, or other tools to mask your true location

The 71ph name, logo, and all related marks are registered trademarks or trademarks of 71ph. You may not use these trademarks without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may violate trademark laws and is grounds for legal action.

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in our service
• Any bugs, viruses, or malicious code transmitted through our platform

IN NO EVENT SHALL 71PH'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO 71PH IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESOS (PHP 1,000), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 71ph and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of 71ph services.

12. Account Termination

71ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, suspicious behavior, or at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use 71ph services will immediately cease. If we terminate your account for cause, we reserve the right to forfeit any remaining account balance. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting our customer support team. You remain liable for all obligations incurred prior to termination.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of 71ph services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to first contact 71ph customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We commit to working in good faith to resolve disputes through direct negotiation.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific terms governing individual promotions or services, constitute the entire agreement between you and 71ph regarding your use of our platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
